Job Responsibilities :

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • Answer inbound calls from the customers and attend to their general enquiry, complaints and feedbacks.
  • Record and monitor all the general enquiry feedbacks.
  • Follow up closely with internal departments involved and provide accurate informations on product and service to the customer.
  • To analyze on feedbacks and cases received monthly for evaluation and further improvement.
  • Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction.
  • To assists in daily concierge and customer service tasks if any.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hotel Management or any related field.

Kota Damansara

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • To source for potential tenants for residential and commercial properties and work closely with preferred agents on tenant sourcing.
  • Responsible for timely reletting, renewal of leases, and managing of tenancy-related issues.
  • Liaise closely with inter-departments on matters pertaining to rental and deposit collection, fit-out, operations and any related matters required.
  • Ensures accurate and timely preparation of all leasing paperwork and documents related to residency
  • Conduct on-going market research and identify competition rental rates, concessions, promotions and property changes, observing development and changes in market area which may impact the performance of the team
  • Assures that all aspects of the lease and supporting documents are being communicated appropriately to the tenants
  • Responsible to prepare comprehensive management reports on the lease, payment and revenue target on a monthly basis
  • Prepares lease, associated addendum’s and forms in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Obtains unit keys, and prepares welcome package and conducts resident move-in
  • Responsible for all leasing files/ records to be in an organized and updated manner
  • Provides exceptional customer service and addresses tenants’ concerns
  • Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity and exercises confidentiality in all areas of his/her performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Real Estate or related discipline with minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in providing customer service/concierge preferably in property development.
    • Minimum one year experience within property sales and marketing environment especially in the leasing of commercial and residential properties.
    • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken in English.
    • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Able to build effective and long-standing partnership across with relevant stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
    • Efficient, accurate with details and with strong analytical skills.

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • Involve in the sales activities ensuring that established sales target are achieved and provide support to Marketing activities of the Company e.g. roadshow, fair etc.
  • Promote, sell or secure business from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Understand the products well and able to provide professional advices to assist customers in selecting units that best suited to their needs.
  • Manage the system and produce relevant reports periodically.

Job Responsibilities:

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • Developing, implementing and managing marketing communication strategies for assigned campaigns / projects to achieve marketing and sales objectives
  • Managing marketing functions including strategy formulation and planning, collateral management, database management, social media, website updates, placemaking activities and event organization
  • Study the services and products of the competitors and develop strategies to get an upper hand. He / She should closely study, analyze and monitor the latest market trends
  • Execute different marketing campaigns/plans to promote the products/ brand campaigns of the organization online or through advertisements
  • Organizing trade shows, on ground roadshows or private events to elevate brand and support sales
  • Public relations and produce press releases and assist in corporate collaterals (Annual General Meeting, Annual reports, financial releases etc.)
  • Establish good relations with key stakeholders, agencies, media partners, vendors and alliance partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in the same field
  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or Advertising
  • Good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills is a must
  • Strong in content writing for internal and external communication, public relations and event coordination
  • Knowledge of online marketing, digital campaigns, analytical skills and know how to translate data into profitable action is necessary

Able to communicate and write in Chinese language is an added advantage
