Job Responsibilities :

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • Involve in the sales activities ensuring that established sales target are achieved and provide support to Marketing activities of the Company e.g. roadshow, fair etc.
  • Promote, sell or secure business from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Understand the products well and able to provide professional advices to assist customers in selecting units that best suited to their needs.
  • Manage the system and produce relevant reports periodically.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in property development.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English is required).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • High level of integrity, initiative and results oriented.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all level of personnel.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and coordinate the signing of all relevant documentation
  • Liaison with clients, solicitors and end-financier to ensure smooth Sales Administration activities execution
    (i.e. from start-up to delivery of vacant possession).
  • Manage system operations including data entry into eProDev.
  • Monitor and follow-up on collection of sales proceeds.
  • Produce relevant reports including billings, statements, reminders, payment receipts and other
    documentation in timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in property development
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English is required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for maximum
    delivery result.

Job Responsibilities :

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • Conduct reliable cost estimation, feasibility studies and maintain construction implementation within approved
    budget.
  • Manage and execute overall progress to coincide with project master schedule ensuring timely construction
    progress.
  • Monitor and control purchaser billings and consultant claims.
  • Liaison with Consultant for authority submission and approvals on timely manner.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Structural, Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building or
    related discipline with minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in property development or construction
    Industry.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese are must).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery
    result.
  • Strong analytical skill and able to “deep dive” into details.
  • High standards of constructions work in implementing CONQUAS, QLASSIC etc.
  • Able to build effective and long standing partnership across with relevant stakeholders

Job Responsibilities :

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • Responsible for day to day project management, including liaison with all parties involved in the project
    (e.g. the Architects, Designers, Consultants, Main and Sub Contractors, suppliers etc)
  • Monitoring of work progress at site and coordination with all parties involved to ensure that the project is smoothly completed in accordance to specification, target, time and budget.
  • To monitor and keep a daily record of all activities at the construction site in order to ensure that all activities meet budget and cash flow requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building or related discipline minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in the property development or construction industry.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Meticulous and attention to details is necessary.
  • Good track record and experience in implementing CONQUAS, QLASSIC etc.

Job Responsibilities :

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • Assist in general clerical and administrative duties including updating database, attend promptly to incoming and outgoing calls as well as visitors.
  • To issue purchase order to supplier and monitor the delivery from supplier.
  • To control inventory stock to optimum level.
  • To communicate with supplier on delivery matter and source for the new supplier.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM with at least 2 years’ experience in administrative work.

Job Responsibilities :

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • To carry out effectively on all necessary accounting and finance activities which inclusive of daily banking matters, periodic tax estimation(CP204), payments, AR reconciliation and etc
  • To assist/prepare the full set of management accounts including audit & tax schedules, cashflow statement, income statement, balance sheet and profits recognition and FS update.
  • To liase with other departmental staff, bankers, auditor and tax agents for finance related matters
  • To assist in drafting the audit report
  • To assist/prepare periodic tax computation
  • To manage proper filing and documentation works
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional certificate/diploma or Degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent and preferable with minimum 2 to 3 year of relevant working experience in property development industry.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • High level of integrity, initiative, result oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Meticulous and attentive to details is necessary.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all level of personnel.
