JOB OPENINGS

Job Responsibilities :

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • Coordinate and ensure that the building equipment and infrastructure is being maintained in compliance with equipment maintenance manuals and/or acceptable maintenance standards;
  • Managing the facility operating and budgets, ensuring that all property upkeeping activities are delivered within defined budget.
  • Coordination of all operational matters relating to property management and building maintenance.
  • Develop and recommend short and long range plans related to renovation, expansion, or any projects required to support the building requirements.
  • Develop and maintain harmonious relationship with relevant stakeholders ensuring the organization’s service level are achieved through immediate resolution of property and service inquiry or complaints and good property upkeep.
  • Responsible for proper documentation records maintenance to ensure compliance with statutory requirement and industry practice.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil and Structural, Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building or related discipline with minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in property development or construction Industry.
  • Possess Certificate of Competence grade of AO or higher would be an added advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all level of personnel and build effective and long standing partnership across with relevant stakeholders.
  • Good project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
  • Good analytical skill and able to “deep dive” into details.

Job Responsibilities :

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • Build rapport and ensure consistent delivery of excellence customer service experience to customers.
  • Professionally manage the delivery of vacant possession and respond to customers’ requests, enquiry or complaints efficiently.
  • Work harmoniously with relevant stakeholders ensuring the organization’s service level are achieved through immediate resolution of property and service inquiry or complaints.
  • Respond to customers’ requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and industry practices.
  • Propose and coordinate CRM plans and activities to increase clientele database and high customer retention.
  • Maintain proper documentation records to ensure compliance with statutory and industry practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline with minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in providing customer service/concierge preferably in property development.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery result.
  • Pleasant personality and able to communicate effectively with all level of personnel.

Job Responsibilities :

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • Involve actively in the sales activities ensuring that established sales target are achieved, e.g. roadshow, exhibition, networking events and etc.
  • Cold calls and follow up leads closely
  • Understand the products well and able to present and provide professional advices to assist customers to make decision for their choice unit
  • Promote, sell or secure business from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Follow up and coordinate for SPA signing and loan application for buyers
  • Constant follow up with customers for the latest updates of projects/ new launches
  • Manage and key in the database in the system and produce relevant reports as required.
  • Provide support to Marketing activities of the Company

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in any discipline
  • Fresh graduate or preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience in property development.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English is required).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • High level of integrity, initiative and results oriented.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all level of personnel.
